With a lifelong passion for helping others, Marie-Hélène achieved her M.Sc. in Counseling from California State University - Los Angeles in 2015, before launching her career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).  Her professional journey has provided her with a unique skillset, thanks to her diverse roles, including Court-Appointed Special Advocate for children to Crisis Line Counselor, Wraparound Therapist, and more. 

While operating her private practice for the past six years, Marie also served as a Lead Counselor for the Los Angeles Unified School District. There, she provided consulting and training for counselors involved in the educational rights of specialized student populations. She encouraged them to use their innate attributes as a tool for strengthening their connections with the students and families they serve and develop individualized treatment strategies.

In her free time, Marie enjoys spending time with her son, exploring the outdoors, grounding herself with Yoga Nidra, cooking Ayurvedic meals, reading, and practicing photography.
